Artificial Intelligence: How to Monetise

Turning practical AI skills into a real income stream

We’re opening interest registration now so early registrants can help shape the final syllabus and get first access when enrolment opens.

Ideal for

Accountants and admin professionals looking to add AI-based services to their practice, SME owners exploring a new income stream, freelancers and career switchers wanting to package AI skills into something sellable

What you’ll learn

  • Tell the difference between AI hype and where people are actually being paid today, and map your own skills onto a realistic AI-enabled offer.
  • Package an AI-powered service (automation, chatbots, AI-assisted reporting) into a fixed-fee offer an SME will understand and buy.
  • Build and sell a simple AI-powered tool using no-code/low-code platforms, without needing to write code.
  • Turn AI expertise into content and info-products — courses, templates, prompt packs — as an additional income stream.
  • Price and package an AI offer using value-based pricing, instead of racing to the bottom on an hourly rate.
  • Find and win a first handful of clients using a simple portfolio and outreach plan.
  • Handle client contracts, data privacy, and ethical/IP considerations around AI-generated work responsibly.
  • Leave with a written monetisation plan: chosen offer, pricing, and the first clients you intend to approach.
