The Libran Sdn. Bhd. is not registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), and does not hold a practising certificate. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, tax filing preparation and back-office compliance support only — statutory audits are carried out by a client's own licensed auditor, and any filing or representation before LHDN that requires an approved tax agent is handled by the client's own approved tax agent.
Leadership
Jeffrey has over 10 years of working experience in audit and advisory services. Prior to joining an international audit firm, he was formerly a lead internal auditor in an outsourced internal audit firm providing outsourced internal audit services to various clients operating in manufacturing, trading, tourism and hospitality and technology. In addition to internal audit, he had drafted financial statements for two established fund houses across all their unit trusts and private retirement schemes.
During his tenure in an international audit firm, he mainly dealt with clients operating in industries such as financial services, technology, manufacturing, printing and publishing, construction and property development.
In addition to his role in external audit, he was actively involved in the internal audit profession and sat in the Professional Development Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia as a committee member across various terms.
